Anyway, whilst scouring Pinterest today (as I appear to do far too often), I came across this image:
How does seeing that make you feel? Does it make you want to jump and do those things? Well, I don't know about anyone else, but honestly, when I saw this, I literally jumped up and actually did it. Why? Because I felt like it was pushing me do! And I do think that a lot of the time I need to be given a little bit of an extra push!
Are you still sitting here, reading this? Or, have you gone off to do push ups, crunches etc? Okay, I'll just hum to myself for a little while....tum te tum tum!! Oh hey, look, tumble weed!! Make sure you come back by the way. I have more to say :-/

So, it got me thinking and I've decided, as part of the whole Positive Beauty stuff, to do a 30-Day Challenge, that I hope some of you might choose to join in with.
Basically, the idea is to put up a post every day for the next 30 days giving instructions to certain exercises that you have to do right there, and right then. I'll try to put them up at different times of the day, so that you won't be expecting them and when you see it, you HAVE to do it. No excuses.
We've done one for today, but I guess I'll have to come up with my own from tomorrow huh?
What do you think of this idea? Completely crazy, or great motivation? Motivation is definitely my biggest vice, so I'm hoping that this will help everyone else, as much as I'm hoping that it'll help me :)
