So, if you're like me and didn't know that fact, then you're probably wondering how the two are connected. And, that's easy enough to answer.

But, my tip this week isn't about combating your oily skin, but rather your greasy roots.
Tip: When washing your hair, don't massage the root-area with the balls of your fingers, because this will just stimulate the sebaceous glands, and encourage them to produce more sebum, which you really don't need, or want.
Instead, try rubbing the shampoo into your hair by placing your hands flat on your hand and gently massaging with the lengths of your fingers. This is also beneficial if you have fine hair, that is prone to knotting, because you're not rubbing your hair in a way that clumps them all together.
Note: This was actually a tip that myold hairdresser told me over ten years ago :-D
Okay, so hands up if you hate, no detest, greasy roots!
